WHO ARE WE?

We are a short-term rental company based in New York City which provides apartment units to individuals traveling to NYC, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and other states. 

WHO WE SERVE?

Our units are rented to traveling professionals, corporate staff and students staying from a minimum of 2 days to a max of 120 days at our beautiful, luxurious and renovated houses and apartments units.

 Exciting news! In a few months we will be opening our first Penn House located in the Dominican Republic for clients looking for short term residence accommodations in the Caribbean.
